There are 3 fully equipped cottages with every thing you need as well as 12 camping sites on this beautiful 64ha farm with about 4ha of gardens and 1.5ha of dams. It is a touch of magic between mountains and streams, a real oasis of peace and tranquillity where one is able to unwind and enjoy the lush subtropical vegetation.

Magoebaskloof Getaway Cottages are serenely situated in a beautiful fertile valley in the scenic mountainous setting of Magoebaskloof, only 15km from the historic village of Haenertsburg and a mere 23km from Tzaneen. The cottages are less than three hours drive from Pretoria.

You can walk through the forests and river while enjoying and experiencing the call of the prolific birdlife in a peaceful environment. This district boasts some of the most beautiful and exotic gardens in South Africa.

Come Fly-fishing in the beautiful mountains of Magoebaskloof (on any of the two dam on the farm) for Trout or Bass. There is also a volley ball court, jungle gym for the kids and a beautiful hiking trail with three lovely
waterfalls.

Narina Trogon: sleeps 4
This self catering cottage has a bathroom/shower, lounge, dining
room/kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, fire
place, braai area and personal garden with ponds.

Trout: sleeps 4 with the sleeper couch
This fully self catering cottage has a room with a double bed and another
room with two single beds. It also has a shower/toilet, lounge/dining room
and kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, fire
place, braai area and personal garden with ponds

Samango: sleeps 10
This magnificent cottage has a beautiful 14m x 4m wooden deck with x2
reclining wooden sun beds and x3 wooden table benches. This self catering cottage has four bedrooms with a queen size bed, one double bed and a single bed and two other bedroom which each having two single beds each. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave. There are two bathroom/shower with toilet and basins. There are two lounges, with one having a dining room and another lounge has a fire place and a pull out bed. In the personal garden there is a braai area with ponds and dams.
