Annie’s Cottage is a beautiful old manor house in Springbok, Namaqualand, at the foot of a rugged “koppie” where the first commercial mine in South Africa was started in 1852. Ideal as a stop-over between Cape Town and Windhoek or Upington, we cater for the discerning tourist and business traveller. Our bed and breakfast guesthouse is a 4 star, accredited pension and Finalist in the 2009 AA Accommodation Awards. When the old house was restored to its former colonial glory, ambiance and atmosphere was never forgotten and when modern comfort was added to its portfolio of assets the old world charm prevailed.
